- DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS
- NO CREDIT ON SPECIALLY ORDERED PARTS
- IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO RETURN CREDITS
Need to return an item?
Follow these steps for the fastest resolution
- Send an email to parts@premieravan.com.au
- Please include your reference or invoice number from your order
- Tell us the reason for the return and any other relevant information
- If your return is related to a damaged item you MUST include an image of the damage in the email.
All returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items will attract a 10% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or ordered it incorrectly, you must advise Premier Avan via email no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. The item you wish to return must be in ‘as new’ condition. ‘As new’ refers to the item being unopened, unused and without damage to the packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the cost of return shipping.
